Return Process

Ensure your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery, especially if reporting transit damage or health issues with your live plants.

Snap a few clear photos of the plant and its packaging to help our horticulturalists understand the issue and expedite your replacement or refund.
- 3.Contact Our Care Team
Email our support team with your order number and photos; we will provide a prepaid return label for non-living items or instructions for plant replacements.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once your return is processed or your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a healthy new plant friend.
