Dragon Fruit is a cactus native to parts of South America where it is typically known as Pitahaya. Many of the cacti in this family have flowers that only bloom at night-time, activated by the moon's light. Dragon Fruit plants are self pollinating and can be easily grown.

Light Requirements - Direct sunlight for at least 2-3 hours daily
Water Requirements - Half a glass twice a week
Feed Requirements - General purpose liquid fertilizer at least once a week
Repot the plant after 1.5 - 2 years once the plant has filled the container

Red skinned dragon fruit is considered as the most sweetest and tastiest. Yellow skinned dragon fruit is a good source of dietary fibre, protein, and higher amounts of calcium than the red-skinned dragon fruit. Yellow Dragon fruit provides vitamins A and C, and niacin and also minerals like iron, potassium, niacin, and magnesium.

Each small rooted cutting will be minimum 10-15cm tall. Full plant will be minimum 50cm - 70cm.
